Submission guidelines

Submit no more than 6 poems - sent in a single file, PDF or docx. preferred.

Submit one or two stories under 3,000 words.

Submit one or two pieces under 3,000 words.

Submit no more than 4 - Keep in mind that the magazine prints on a cream-colored paper and artwork will be in black and white.

Selected authors receive a $20 payment and one free author copy.

Authors retain the rights to their own work even after publication. It is agreed upon that the work has not been previously published with the exception of social media accounts or on personal blogs. Submission to multiple publishers at once is allowed but Ink Nest must be notified if a piece is accepted elsewhere so that it may be pulled from consideration.
