About our editor: Evelyn M. Hoyt holds an MA in writing from Johns Hopkins University after completing two separate BAs, one in writing and another in psychology. She was born on the rocky coastline of Maine and raised with a love for nature and animals. Hoyt writes using a whimsical, humorous, and affectionate voice.
